apokryphosblackflag: you want the marillat repos then; use them at your own peril :)12:04
apokryphosdeb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat unstable main12:04
blackflagHow can I get such information ?12:04
pipegeekHi, folks.  I'm just wondering--how is it, exactly, that kdesktop determines whether or not there is a CD present in the CD-ROM drive?  It used to be until yesterday that there would be no icon on the desktop for the cd drive until there was a disk inserted.  Last night, I had to hit the reset button on this machine, and when I finally logged in again, there were icons on the desktop for both drives, even though neither contained media.12:04
apokryphosblackflag: what information?12:06
blackflagor is it a mystery?12:06
blackflagtto know what server i have to puzt in the list12:06
apokryphosblackflag: I pasted it above12:06
blackflagyes, but where you get the information?12:06
pipegeekUsing hoary, btw.12:07
pipegeekx8612:07
apokryphosblackflag: it's common knowledge to debian users, but some time ago marillat was used on ubuntu too, so that's how I know...12:07
blackflagIO have a good book here but it isnt discribed12:08
blackflagso, where i get this!? common knowledge?12:10
apokryphosblackflag: what are you talking about? I gave you the source above12:14

insanekane_stefan: you can use VMWare, bochs, etc for it05:04
