[06:59] <ompaul> it appears that light reds work better and the font size for these machines, the guy fears that they will run into each other
[06:59] <ompaul> this may not say a lot for his printers or maybe he is not using the best in the house
[06:59] <ompaul> but we get a fairly large amount off the advertised retail price
[07:00] <ompaul> so we try to recover 2 euros per DVD and then make more, so far we are operating at a loss :-)
[07:01] <ompaul> but that is not the issue, but keeping the cost down is important it means more disks 
[07:02] <ompaul> we want to do the DVD because it is not the CD if you get my drift its "ohh that is different" I can try before I install is what we want to encourage
