[03:41] <mhb> on the other hand there are people who either stop the activity or leave completely (which is basically what Frank decided to do)
[03:42] <mhb> and some (at least me) who would try to make the problem visible to the authorities by talking about it more
[03:44] <mhb> blogging about it, commenting it, bring it up on some community meetings etc.
