I have an ubuntu host with an xp and vista guest that are not able to ssh to the host or browse the host samba shares while other physical machines on the network are able to ssh and browse samba shares on the host machine

[10:02] <Innatech> I'd try temporarily disabling the firewall on the host, restart the VMs and see if it comes to life.
