ubotuLaunchpad bug 132372 in gtk+2.0 "Submenus of context (right-click) menus don't work" [Undecided,New] 06:41
DanaGIs there a nice easy way to get certain commands to be run at shutdown?06:44
DanaGBy "easy", I mean, as easy as /etc/rc.local is for boot.06:44
RAOF /etc/rc.local :)06:45
DanaGThat doesn't do at shutdown.06:45
DanaGer, s/do/run/06:45
RAOFShould do.06:45
RAOFI think.06:45
RAOFOr maybe not.06:45
RAOFAnyway, you could symlink something to the appropriate rc directory.06:46
DanaGI just want to run "sudo killall -INT FAH500-Console.exe"06:46
MarcoDanaG, rc.local runs at the END of any multiuser runlevel06:46
Marcothat would happen right before a shutdown06:46
DanaG(running Folding@home under Wine, so I can share workunits with Windows.)06:46
MarcoDanaG, or, figure out what runlevel shutdown is (I always forget)06:47
Marcoand put a script in /etc/rc6.d/06:47

Marcono clue06:48
RAOFThey change what gets sent to the script.06:48
MarcoI'm no expert06:48
RAOFS == start, K == stop.06:48
RAOFSince you don't care either way... :)06:49
Marcoso you'd make a new script, K99stopfold inside /etc/rc6.d/06:50
Marco(don't use 99, I'm not sure what the numbering is)06:50
Marcoit may be seconds06:50

DanaGThat reminds me of a prank you could do: make a file with an annoying name on somebody's Windows desktop, with characters invalid for Windows filenames.06:52
