[15:44] <savetheWorld> Good morning.  the design plan at  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReplacementInitDiscussion  for upstart calls for "Plan: This plan allows for the new system to be implemented without requiring any changes to other packages until they wish to take advantage of the new features."  But it seems the /etc/inittab file has been removed.  What takes the place of that file?
