[20:32] <\sh> I think you upload to a ppa...and you do right now an upload without source...so when you do e.g. debuild -S and you try to upload your _changes file, it doesn't have the correct .orig.tar.gz on your ppa...or you are using a different .orig.tar.gz of a package which you uploaded before

[20:34] <\sh> so finally for a new version you do a debuild -S -sa (source upload) for a new version or you need to find the correct orig.tar.gz which you uploaded for the version before the new upload...if you don't have it, just grab it from the archive...
