tjaaltonbryce: btw, what do you feel about using openchrome for all via chips by default? I've checked the pci-id's that the driver claims to support, and it's greater than on any of the free via drivers00:02
bryceyeah I've been thinking we should switch to openchrome by default00:02
tjaaltonfedora apparently does that now.. there's a simple patch for the server00:02
brycecool, yeah sounds like a good direction to go00:03
tjaaltonjcristau: I'd assume that debian would like to get openchrome packaged as well?-)00:03

tjaaltonmvo: hey, I've upgraded my new desktop to hardy a week ago, and now compiz window decorations are broken for all windows that are not focused. This is with nvidia-glx-new (100.14 & 169.07), and both 2.6.22 & 2.6.24 kernel. Have you seen something similar? compiz bug list didn't show anything similar11:11
mvotjaalton: hello. I have seens this yesterday too, I currently have no idea what is wrong 11:13
tjaaltonmvo: ah, good that it's not only my box then :)11:13
tjaaltonbryce: your merge status page lacks mesa and wacom-tools, those might be worth adding11:26
jcristautjaalton: i suppose we would. though i'm not sure what's the deal with the various via drivers, and i'm not sure i want to know...11:53
tjaaltonjcristau: heh, can't blame you11:54
tjaaltonjcristau: it seems though that openchrome is the one that's actually maintained11:54
