[10:05] <jroth> and I thought it would be nice if there is a common understanding about cross-compiling include files and libs.

[10:05] <doko> ahh, ok. I did look at the rpm packages of the barcelona supercomputing center, and then tried to stick to those as a reference
[10:06] <jroth> yes, the Cell SDK3.0 puts them in /usr/spu/include and all these crappy SDK makefiles have these paths hardcoded
[10:06] <doko> arthur- is working as well on the packages (also on the #cell channel).
[10:07] <jroth> I won't care about breaking these makefile infrastructure. 
[10:07] <doko> I think it doesn't matter that much; if you like spu-elf instead, then maybe provide a symlink to spu

[10:08] <doko> but once this symlink is in place you may have a hard time to replace it with a directory
