=== superm1|away is now known as superm1 [01:19] If anyone knows how to help with this I'd appreciate it. I have mythbuntu running, using a pinnacle 800i card. I upgraded to the current stable kernel 2.6.26 to get the card working and added the firmware. Problems are: 1.) no audio (device not listed in sound menu), and 2.) nVidia card not showing in propriatary drivers section anymore [22:27] @dell.com [22:27] howly :) [22:27] dupondje, you'll get them from here https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/transcode/2:1.0.2-0.8ubuntu10 in 15-30 minutes or from your normal mirror later today. [22:27] thx :) [22:28] yeah I'm at work right now, but a bit of a slow afternoon, so I can squeeze in a few things like this :) [22:30] I don't work on anything windows [22:31] :D [22:32] its so stupid, they sell pc's with 4GB ram, and then they give 32bit OS :( [22:38] i386 is builded :) now waiting for AMD64 [22:46] mmm its builded but can't download it yet it seems [22:58] buided=built [23:02] u understand me ;) [23:05] working now :D [23:05] thx dude ! [23:06] no prob [23:06] if anything else messy like this comes up, file a bug and get ubuntu-mythtv subscribed to it [23:14] superm1: you messed with mythgame at all? [23:14] years ago [23:14] if romdb exists as a table in mysql already... shouldn't mythgame populate the real name of the game? [23:15] more or less [23:15] i forget how it matches the two up [23:15] hrm [23:15] k [23:15] something's not jiving then here [23:16] I thought it'd pull the metadata from the filename via CRC
