=== spm_ is now known as spm [00:44] i want to set the package of the debian bug in launchpad to apt-mirror, but it does not work ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt-mirror/+bug/244613 ) [00:44] Launchpad bug 244613 in apt-mirror "[intrepid alpha1] apt-mirror gives error "closedir() attempted on invalid dirhandle DIR at /usr/bin/apt-mirror line 537."" [Undecided,Fix committed] [00:44] but apt-mirror exists. what do i wrong? [00:47] bdrung_: It's complaining that it's not published? [00:48] wgrant: but it is long ago: http://packages.qa.debian.org/a/apt-mirror.html === bdrung_ is now known as bdrung [00:48] bdrung: That's not in Launchpad. [00:48] what can i do? [00:48] bdrung: There's a Launchpad misfeature in play here. [00:48] Wait. [00:49] And complain at peoplee. [00:49] The problem is that a couple of days ago Debian was imported into Launchpad. [00:49] and? [00:49] But it isn't being officially published from there like Ubuntu is, so Launchpad is of the opinion that it has no packages. [00:50] There's nothing you can do except complain, I'm afraid. [00:50] I presume somebody is working on a fix. [00:50] ah, so the debian distribution has no packages. [00:51] Ah. [00:51] Er, yes. [00:51] is there a bugreport for it? [00:52] I'm not sure, but bug #291512 seems at least somewhat relevant. [00:52] Launchpad bug 291512 in soyuz "update-pkgcache should consider pending publications" [Medium,Triaged] https://launchpad.net/bugs/291512 [00:52] There are no Soyuz devs here now, unfortunately. [00:54] wgrant: thx [04:50] i have an issue [04:50] https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bugs?orderby=-datecreated&field.status%3Alist=TRIAGED&field.status_upstream=hide_upstream [04:50] that hides all bugs that have any kind of upstream status (afaict) even 'invalid' [04:51] calc: File a bug, I suspect. [04:51] there is no way to delete an upstream task from a bug so there is no easy way to see bugs without real upstream status [04:51] wgrant: ok [04:51] so my issue is i am losing bugs when trying to effectively triage [04:53] calc: um, wrong day? [04:53] calc: it's a saturday in most countries by now. [04:53] but, yes, apart from that --> bug, and wait. [04:53] wonder if the bug guys will be able to give you a quicker solution on monday, though [04:55] heh i'll be in the air on monday :\ [04:55] take off at 6:30am sunday and land at 3:00pm on monday [04:56] * calc wonders how many other bugs are hiding in between the cracks for OOo [04:58] * calc would really like to be able to delete 'tasks' off of bugs that would solve lots of problems including this one [04:59] bug 291968 [04:59] Launchpad bug 291968 in launchpad "hide_upstream seems to hide bugs with 'invalid' upstream status" [Undecided,New] https://launchpad.net/bugs/291968 [04:59] thats my bug :) [05:00] hopefully i'll have irc access next week === Gwaihir__ is now known as Gwaihir === geser_ is now known as geser [10:48] Hi :) I have a problem with the SVN importing of launchpad. 3 weeks ago I tried to import freedroidRPG trunk from SF and it is constantly failing. https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/freedroid/trunk [10:49] Could somebody help me try to solve it? [10:50] I suspect the problem might be that we dont have a /trunk folder on our SVN at SF, in fact we dont have any branches at all so "trunk" is situated in the root folder [10:51] However I dont seem to be able to find any way of specifying exact location for the import. [10:52] In fact, I dont find any controls at all, not even "delete this import", anywhere. [11:54] Hi [11:55] I can't create a bug watch for Debian (LP says «u'Package xoids not published in Debian'»), but the package does indeed exist (http://packages.debian.org/sid/xoids) [11:59] RainCT: That's a Launchpad bug, and it was triggered a couple of days ago when they started to import Debian. It's known. [12:03] wgrant: do you perhaps have any insight on my problem I wrote earlier? :) [12:05] Stedevil: You would probably do better asking on a weekday, when there are Launchpad developers here. [12:05] Ahh, thanks :) [12:08] wgrant: OK, thanks [16:44] are vcs-imports broken ? [16:44] https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/googlechrome/trunk === RainCT_ is now known as RainCT
