nhandlerpbuilder is really acting up. I get to " -> debootstrap finished", but then it fails to resolve "archive.ubuntu.com". This causes the rest of 'pbuilder create' to fail00:48
voriannhandler: try adding us.archive.ubuntu.com (or other mirror) to your pbuilderrc00:48
nhandlervorian: I'm trying that now. It needs to go through the whole debootstrap process again, so it might take a while00:51
voriani have all night :)00:51
vorianplus, i have a little background on what you've experienced thus far00:52
maxbhttp://paste.ubuntu.com/118222/  <-- I use this wrapper script as a debootstrap replacement which bindmounts /var/cache/apt/archives into the bootstrap chroot, saving most/all of the download time01:03
nhandlerStill fails with us.archive.ubuntu.com: http://paste.ubuntu.com/118224/01:09

cody-somervilleX just segfaulted on me along with a number of other processes.01:34
maxbHmm.. I'm getting a rogue conffile prompt concerning /etc/belocs/iso-639.def on upgrade. Should I be filing a bug and if so, against what?01:36
cody-somervilleActually, it was an invalid next size01:37
TheMusomaxb: If this is jaunty, you may want to wait a bit as pitti has been moving some locale things around quite a lot in the last 12 hours or so, so it may not hurt to let things settle on the archive mirror you are using first.01:45
DBOi am becoming increasingly worried about intel drivers in jaunty.  Is ubuntu going to really push the new drivers which are measurably worse than those in intrepid?  It would really suck for application developers such as myself...02:42

* ScottK notes that power pc is totally caught up and building well, so if you've got something that failed on PPC, now would be a good time for retries.06:57
ScottKTheMuso: My ports rebuilding is going pretty smoothly.06:57
ScottKOnly one ICE so far.06:58
TheMusoScottK: Nice.06:58
TheMusoScottK: Together we have managed to get powerpc down to 15 uninstallable packages at least.06:58
ScottKTheMuso: Yes.  It's in as good as ship as the supported archs.06:58
ScottKI did a decent sized stack of universe retries too.06:59
TheMusoYeah. Just gotta wait till the locales stuff settles and things will be ok again.06:59
ScottKTheMuso: You wouldn't happen to be in the mood to look at an IA64 build failure, would you?07:00
ScottKSo far I got one ICE and two portability issues.  The sparc issue I think I've got fixed and NCommander is going to test it for me on a sparc box.07:01

RainCTLaney: I don't think they are16:09
