ubottuLaunchpad bug 379754 in pyrex "deprecation warning in Errors.py" [Undecided,New] https://launchpad.net/bugs/37975416:22
ScottK-desktoplifeless: I've already packed my keys away in preparation for flying to Spain, so I can't sponsor, but generally it's better to provide a patch or debdiff, not who whole diff.gz16:34
ScottK-desktoplifeless: Also you might send this to Debian as a wishlist bug (Python 2.6 is in Experimental)16:34
lifelessScottK-desktop: thanks; I'll definitely do that in future16:38
lifelesshaving huge packaet loss here atm though so not right now :( minutes to upload things)16:38
ScottK-desktopNo problem.  I'm a trans-atlantic plane ride away from being willing to consider working on sponsoring things.16:39

kevixsorry to bother folks, but I have an upgrade issue that is not something that the usual #ubuntu folks will catch. I upgraded to Intrepid. shortly after I rebooted, 'overflow' was created for /tmp. the root fs is not full but some FS error? is reporting it as 100%. I have had this specific error when I upgrade to a new stable release before.19:17
Chipzzkevix: this is not an overflow channel for #ubuntu19:28
Chipzzlike the topic will tell you, join #ubuntu+1 if you have problems with the latest development releaes19:28
kevixChipzz: I was not suggesting it was an overflow channel. I thought I might get some hints from folks who knew more than I. The best #ubuntu said was "delete some files."  but that does not fix the issue19:30
kevixChipzz: but I will try the +1 thing and hope I dont get the same answer19:32
