[19:14] <maco> im using an intel 965 on kubuntu karmic. up until my wireless driver decided that *it* wanted 101% CPU (grrr), Xorg was using 98% CPU, though now its using 58% CPU (wireless driver + kmail wanting 40% CPU whittled it down)

[19:15] <maco> like, im not using compiz or kwin+composite.... just xmonad.  have any of you heard of X going bonkers on CPU without compositing?
