qensebdmurray: I've restructured the Bugs/HowToTriage page and rewritten some sections. I don't think it's a good idea to submit such a vital page right away, so I'd like to ask you first. The draft is located here: http://paste.ubuntu.com/258120/16:28

Ethers0ncan some one help?20:28
andresmujicaEthers0n, explain your bug, maybe anyone here knows it20:38
Ethers0nI have a laptop with a usb keyboard and mouse attached20:39
Ethers0nthe external keyboard and mouse layouts are the default20:39
Ethers0nhowever20:39
Ethers0nthe internal (to the laptop) keyboard's layout has been changed20:39
Ethers0nso that the keys20:40
Ethers0njkl and so on are mapped to 12320:40
Ethers0nholding down the "fn" key changes the mapping to the letters as they should be20:41
Ethers0nthis persisted from Hardy Heron to Jaunty20:41
Ethers0nafter an upgrade20:41
andresmujicahmm like the fn key is activated by default. ??20:41
Ethers0nit SEEMS similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/29599020:42
