More specifically, on my laptop with an old radeon card, notify-osd windows and gnome-do windows are garbled. This behavior is not reproducable on my desktop with an nvidia card. I've done some searching in the bug tracker, but haven't found anything. I just wanted to be sure I hadn't searched for the correct terms before filing a n [02:29] in alpha 4 at startup my screen would flicker the brightness up and down up and down for a couple minutes and there was a weird white line across the middle of the screen for a short time as well [02:30]
