[10:00] and why dgeting -server package and apt-get install linux-source-2.6.24 have different debian/ dir ? [10:02] i've made linux-patch-l7filter packages and now i'm trying to figure out what's the best way to get the exactly same kernel images than in hardy but with this patch applied [10:15] hello, how can I go about debugging a kernel panic with linux-image-xen when used as a xen guest under an opensolaris dom0. At the end of a mythtv transcode I can reliably produce a kernel panic if I present the xen guest more than one virtual cpu. Should I be asking here or with the opensolaris folk? [10:15] by the way, I'm using ubuntu 8.04 [10:22] If you recommend that I file a bug I've just read enough from the wiki link above to do so but I'm not sure if I'd be wasting everyone's time. === doko_ is now known as doko === cjwatson_ is now known as cjwatson === cjwatson_ is now known as cjwatson [16:03] any kernel folks here able to tap the shoulder of jjohansen ? [22:31] is there a list of patchsets applied to vanilla to make the ubuntu kernel sources? [22:31] krushia, it is all in git: kernel.ubuntu.com [22:33] ugh [22:33] alright [23:24] what is the equivilent of a Red Hat kmod or SUSE kmp for Ubuntu?
