stuqI keep getting "Nepomuk Semantic Desktop needs the Virtuoso RDF server", but i'm not finding good info on how to fix the situation15:01
stuqGalvatron: try a LiveCD15:03
bjsniderGalvatron, if you're using fglrx now, you can forget it in lucid. you'll be using the radeon driver15:04

douglasawh-workturns out my dd/clonezilla issues were karmic issues, so we're having to go back to Jaunty16:56
douglasawh-workany ideas if grub2/whatever else is going on in the boot works better with dd in Lucid?16:57
trimmerI'm not sure what your issue was douglasawh-work, but Lucid is pretty nice. I only had 2 bugs to work out.16:58
trimmeran xorg.conf issue and a printing issue16:58
douglasawh-worktrimmer: is the ATI/Xorg stuff fixed?17:00
douglasawh-workit's been literally unusable for me on the machine I've got17:00
douglasawh-workall of our laptops at work have ATI cards (rolls eyes) though I suppose actually the T400 has switchable graphics17:01
douglasawh-worktrimmer: the issue I was having with karmic is the grub doesn't play nicely with dd17:01
