[21:40] <unggnu> Is the boot splash for Lucid final or are there still changes planned? I mean it looks great but I think the animation looks too much like a progress bar which is misleading imho.
[21:40] <unggnu> I have also read that plymouth isn't added to initramfs until luks is used. Is this done because of boot time reasons? I guess that's the reason why I often still see fsck, error and som other messages and cursors until the boot splash is shown.
