[18:39] <persia> I can't precisely speak for EMEA practices, but for most of that class of thing for AsiaOceania, we encourage prospective applicants to update their wiki pages to reflect things to match the requests (usually by example of stuff that meets the request, rather than explicitly), and then reapply.
