[18:40] <arhcnagle> hey, I'm finding that for some users on my system, since upgrading to 10.04, thunderbird won't start.  for myself, I've gone as far as blowing away all my mozilla config directories and using -safe-mode:

[18:54] <arhcnagle> the one common thing with the failing users is that their accounts are in LDAP and their home directories are under /home/user/<username>
[18:55] <arhcnagle> (the ldap setup is a vanilla slapd under 8.04 and generic pam-ldap / nss-ldap )
