[06:41] good morning [10:06] hi there [10:06] morning all [10:07] can someone explain me this build error ? https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/collectd/4.8.2-1ubuntu0.1/+build/1933596 [10:08] the patch I submitted in 2 lines long and I doubt it causes this issue, perhaps I'm wrong [10:08] baptistemm: you'll want #ubuntu-devel or #ubuntu-motu this channel is to co-ordinate testing efforts [10:09] the issue right now is just it doesn't build on ia64 [17:48] QA Team Meeting 1700 UTC in #ubuntu-quality [18:48] anyone have any trouble with today's daily image/ [18:49] s#/#?#g [18:52] highvoltage: Any trouble in general, or specific trouble? ;) [18:54] fader: I get busybox on boot, but I think I might have found the problem, taking it further in -devel... [18:54] Rockin' [18:54] * highvoltage plays air guitar [18:55] Heheh === yofel_ is now known as yofel [19:54] cr3, ping...pong? [19:54] cr3, j'ai une question pour toi....va peut prende quelques minutes [19:56] amorphous1: go [20:01] amorphous1: date | tee >(grep Wed > /tmp/date.txt) [20:02] amorphous1: date | tee >(grep Wed > /tmp/date.txt) | grep -v Wed [20:02] amorphous1: where Wed is probably the error regex you want [20:04] cr3, Cool, ca marche [22:19] any clues why this happens with Nvidia current driver in Ubuntu 10.10 ? [22:19] http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/483637/ [22:19] [ 47.998] This server has a video driver ABI version of 8.0 that this [22:19] driver does not officially support. Please check [22:19] http://www.nvidia.com/ for driver updates or downgrade to an X [22:19] server with a supported driver ABI. [22:20] any work around for this ? [22:25] nagappan, my assumption is that 10.10 uses a newer version of x server than the driver supports. I would assume that would be fixed in an update of the nvidia driver. You might want to check #ubuntu+1 since that is a support channel, where this is not. [22:26] tgm4883, sure, thanks :-)
