[15:01] <dpm> primes2h, it does not seem to be a problem with Launchpad. It seems that the upstream sources never included the Italian translations. You can do an 'apt-get source texinfo' and you'll see that the po/it.po file is missing. You might have to poke the upstream developer to include the translation
