[04:32] <rhpot1991> most tv's can be configured not to do it on certain inputs
[04:32] <rhpot1991> personally you should leave it, there is lots of crap in the tv image in that area that you normally don't see as all devices do overscan

[04:40] <rhpot1991> _Techie_: its different across the board, but on my samsung it only works on one input and I change the picture mode and adjust the size to "just scan" instead of "16:9"
