[14:58] System > Administration > Launguage Support [14:59] in the Language tab select Install/Remove Languages [14:59] Then drag the language you want to the top of the list [15:00] click Apply System Wide and then Sign Out and back in (or restart) [15:00] took me awhile to get back.
