[01:11] <mrand> Unguided: The safest assumption is that you wouldn't be able to view any of the channels that are encrypted with cable card.  If you're lucky, some encrypted *might* be visible on certain cable systems.

[01:16] <mrand> yes, they do.  You can just hook your HDTV straight up to cable to see what channels you really have access to without encryption.
