[14:05] <scott-work> all the kernel panics happen before grub or directly after the grub menu

[14:05] <scott-work> i'll do search in launchpad for grub bugs during lunch today

[14:13] <scott-work> and i should point out, i'm defining this as a kernel panic because the scroll lock and caps lock lights flashing
