StupendoussteveI have heard there is to be a new website for xubuntu with the next version release. Is it worth submitting bugs to the website team for the current one?02:28
knomeStupendoussteve, depends. what are the bugs about?02:28
StupendoussteveLike the missing screenshot in the middle of the Help and Support page, and that it's suggesting users open gaim to get on IRC02:29
knomeright. i think we'd better fix those since we have no ETA for the new website.02:30
knomeStupendoussteve, so yeah, please file bugs :)02:30
StupendoussteveFun!02:30

Marcher22i'm looking to speed up Xubuntu23:11
lostsonreally ? what is slow about it23:11
Marcher22I find it to be slower than Windows Xp and this is usually when booting up applications23:12
Marcher22or sometimes scrolling through file menus23:12
Marcher22opening tabs, in chrome is noticeably slower in Xubuntu too...23:13
Marcher22well I'll take that last one back because it doesn't seem to be too bad.23:13

Marcher22I was reading online and I heard it could be because a Graphics card was not configured properly therefore leaving all the work for the CPU.23:20
Marcher22I know what a graphics card is but i don't really know any details....23:21
lostsonwell if it was a graphics card driver issue it would either be a nvidia or ati23:22
