davmor2jibel: Good news wubi seems to be working again :)12:03
jibeldavmor2, Yay \o/ congrats to cjwatson who did an awesome job as usual.12:06
cjwatsonphew12:07
jibelI tested the upgrade from maverick and 20110407.1 of natty yesterday and both ran fine.12:07
cjwatsonoh, which reminds me, I wanted to make a special appeal to the SRU team ...12:07
fader_stgraber: I just saw the news about 'test drive' extending to almost every app... awesome! :D13:58
stgraberfader_: yeah, that's pretty cool. Also when Natty gets released and we start woking on Oneiric, users will have the choice between Natty and Oneiric for each app14:01
stgraberfader_: so that should help a lot for regression testing14:01
fader_Oh man, that's a great idea!14:01
* fader_ holds up his "stgraber fan club" sign.14:02
patdk-wkvideo on esx seems fixed mostly :)14:02
patdk-wkjust have to remove vga and quiet options if you need to debug kernel output, instead of just quiet14:02

jibelnagappan, awesome! more goodness coming next week with beta 2 :-)23:14
charlie-tcajibel: can I run upgrade tests over the weekend? Will they be valid for iso testing?23:15
jibelcharlie-tca, of course you can but they won't be valid. I don't know what will land into the candidate images before it's completely frozen. But testing the iso and the upgrades before the first candidates are out is encouraged ;-)23:20
charlie-tcaHad to hope they would count, gives a nice jump start23:20
charlie-tcabut I will some anyway.23:20
jibelcharlie-tca, for info we are automatically testing upgrades every day http://people.canonical.com/~mvo/automatic-upgrade-testing/current/ , xubuntu is not in the list though23:22
charlie-tcawell23:23
charlie-tcaGlad to hear they are being tested, anyway. I can run Xubuntu upgrades myself23:23
