| ia | hello. I have a question about creating launchpad mailing list for (not approved/not official) loco team (on launchpad). As far as i understand ( according to this - https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp#Establishing%20a%20mailing%20list ), owner of team should place request, but lp administrators can reject it.
