[06:15] good morning [07:45] good morning === Guest97054 is now known as MichealH === daker_ is now known as daker === dscassel_ is now known as dscassel === daker is now known as daker_ === czajkows1i is now known as czajkowski [19:09] czajkowski: does croatia have two loco teams, or do they just have to entries in ~loco-teams for fun [19:10] cjohnston: some teams do as they renamed [19:11] and the they need to delete someting as far as I know [19:11] they dont seem to have renames [19:11] renamed [19:11] I'm guessing that since one team is a subteam of the "approved" team? [19:12] https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-hr [19:12] https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-hr-advocates [19:12] mhall119: thought ^? [19:13] cjohnston: looks like one is a translations team [19:13] ya... the trans team is a subteam of advocates [19:14] yeah [19:15] but it looks to be a direct member of ~loco-teams, it's not inheriting that from a parent team [19:15] https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-hr/+participation [19:15] hmm... [19:23] czajkowski: can that maybe be checked into by the LC? one team (as it seems as that is) shouldn't be in ~locoteams twice just because there are seperations in LP [19:24] hmmm [19:24] so parent team is there correct [19:24] so why is LP pulling in the sub team ? [19:25] it seems as tho the sub team is also a member of ~locoteams.. not just a member of the advocates team [19:25] hmmmm [19:25] paultag: oi oi [19:25] any idea how this happened? [19:26] cjohnston: seems rather odd [19:26] I've not approved any teams lately [19:26] the trans team joined ~locoteams on 6/14/09 [19:26] makes no sense [19:26] how it's just appeared [19:27] it may have always been there [19:27] but I have started looking into croatia and have noticed it [19:27] hmm I dont think so... [19:27] I'm making dinner atm [19:27] and paultag is doing stuff [19:28] I'm hungry [19:28] but we'll look into it [19:28] cjohnston: make some food so [19:28] :-/ [19:28] what what what [19:28] who's done what [19:28] I blame cz [19:28] * cjohnston hides [19:28] cjohnston: what's the issue? [19:29] * czajkowski glaes at cjohnston you;re in my bad books already [19:29] cjohnston: also changed cell number [19:29] tis on fb btw [19:29] paultag: Croatia has two teams that are members of ~locoteams.. One appears to be the LoCo team and the other appears to be a subteam of the loco for translators [19:29] czajkowski: I'm normally there tho [19:30] cjohnston: are they both in approved as well? [19:30] no [19:30] https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-hr/+participation [19:31] ok, that's wrong [19:31] cjohnston: I'll remove them. thanks [19:31] ty [19:31] np [19:31] mhall119: what will need to be done on LD? Merge the teams? [19:32] cjohnston: changes made, all set. good catch, thanks [19:32] https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-hr/+participation <-- better now [19:33] ty [19:33] cjohnston: yeah, a merge should do it [19:33] paultag: might check with the croatian team before removing them, in case they're doing something unexpected [19:33] nevermind [19:34] mhall119: no need, it's set up in a sane way, someone just approved them as a loco team (which they're not :)) [19:34] I checked to make sure they were still getting membership indirectly, they are [19:53] ok [21:27] hey guys, how can I update my locoteam planet to use the same template style as planet.ubuntu.com? [21:34] Pretto: Canonical hosted or locally run? [21:35] head_victim: canonical hosted [21:36] Pretto: Ah then you're in the same boat as our loco. I've raised an RT to have the whole drupal install updated so that we can then also look at using something like https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDrupal but currently the loco websites are on drupal 5 which is too old. [21:38] head_victim: so why in that page two locos are using that updated drupal and we are not? :p [21:39] I believe those locos are not using Canonical hosted infrastructure [21:40] head_victim: maybe so, we will just wait with no help or answer? [21:40] Pretto: the reply to my RT was "good idea, we'll start researching and testing it". [21:41] They gave an approximate time of a month or so but I'd say being release time that might stretch out a bit (this was a couple of weeks ago) [21:41] Oh, I'm from the Australian LoCo btw :) [21:41] head_victim: so we just have to wait [21:42] head_victim: do you have that RT link? [21:43] Pretto: apparently it's not as cut and dry as a single drupal instance as they are running it for multiple sites so it requires a little more testing than your average install. Maybe lodging your own RT with a link to mine? The RT I logged was 16894 if that helps (not sure if they are publicly accessible anywhere?) [21:44] head_victim: thank you anyway [21:45] Pretto: glad I could help. I thought I'd share my experience as I've only just gone through the process :) [21:47] Our main website is still using the original theme so the main goal was to get that updated to start with.
