CrabromHello12:54
CrabromI have a quick question, is TRIM only available in 2.6.33 onwards? 12:55
apwCrabrom, cirtainly around that sort of time frame yes13:06
Crabromseeing as how 10.04 is LTS13:08
Crabromwould it be unreasonable to ask for trim support in the 2.6.32 kernel for 10.04?13:08
apwif it was after the lts there is little likelyhood of something so big being pushed back the lts13:12
CrabromAh, ok then13:14
apwkees, that one is not released is why in maverick ... upstream fix is 9f69eef42993952b7685bdb80a0fdc8724805e02 which is sitting on master-next as 9f69eef42993952b7685bdb80a0fdc8724805e02, which is not closed and uploaded yet ... the definition of pending without a version no?18:33

QuintasanI'm running Kubuntu Natty and I'm experiencing strange freezees (seemingly at random but mostly occur when playing a video). The video stops, I can kill the player, but if I try to type someting in for ex. konsole it doesn't respond, then everything stops responding (can't run anything, can't close anything) so I can only do SysRq + RSEIUB -> http://paste.ubuntu.com/614347/ <- kernel log from before the freeze, what is exatcly going wrong23:47
Quintasan there?23:47
ohsixdid you look at /var/log/Xorg.0.log (or .old after a restart of X/the computer)23:53
