LaibschI managed to break my initramfs (https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/initramfs-tools/+question/154973) for an encrypted lvm.  On reboot, I'm now being dropped to a busybox shell every time.  Is there somebody around who can help me fix this?08:52
ohsixupdate-initramfs -c -k all08:54
ohsix(create, for all versions)08:55
LaibschI think I did this08:57
LaibschI'll retry08:57
Laibschthanks08:57
ohsixif it still breaks after that a package may still be missing, and not one i'd know the name of :P08:58
ohsixif all else fails you can read the scripts put into the initramfs then search the package repos08:59

CarlFKI want to test a patch on vanilla and ubuntu's - What's the easy way to get source, patch, build, install?17:17
CarlFKguessing apt-get something...17:17
CarlFKthe patch is coming from a module dev, so I am guessing it will apply cleanly against vanilla 2.6.3817:20
