[23:14] <ebarch> galaxy s ii is the best if you can get your hands on it
[23:15] <ebarch> i'd highly suggest getting something without a locked bootloader or something easy to root if you're interested in really customizing it and loading up a different ROM

[23:19] <ebarch> i've still got my year old evo 4g and it runs just as fast as most phones today...i loaded it up with cyanogenmod to get rid of the HTC crap
