[12:30] allo [12:30] benji danilos gmb call in 2 [12:31] k [12:31] ack [13:26] * gmb -> late lunch / errands [14:11] doh! gary_poster: I forgot to mention that I have a dentist appointment today at 4:00 [14:11] benji, :-) ok thanks for heads up [16:27] lunch [17:00] * gmb -> evening [17:33] hey benji. I encountered what appears to be a regeression from sometime in the past several months of lazr.restful. If you pass an If-Matches ETag when you patch, you get, at least in the case of patching the display_name of a user, the original value, not the modified value, in the returned representation. If you do not use If-Matches, everything is fine (new value is used). [17:33] This appears to be a regression because we had an old windmill test that called code that adds the If-Matches code. [17:33] Does this happen to ring a bell, or should I just dig in? I'm starting to dig in now. :-) [17:35] gary_poster: we made some changes to the etag code about 8 or 10 months ago; other than that it doesn't ring a bell [17:35] ok cool, thanks benji. digging :-) [19:32] * benji heads to the dentist. [20:45] Oneiric and Python 2.6 source install are not friends [20:45] _ssl not found, even though it is there [20:55] here's hoping lazr.restful tests pass with python 2.7 [20:55] they do! we're in business.
