[17:13] <MMlosh> Ubuntu's do-release-upgrade is behaving very unprofessinally when ran from VT1..  it calls  "xset" every other while..  now it made a pattern exclusively from 'xset: unable to open display ""  ' messages
[17:14] <MMlosh> (upgrading pandaboard's natty to oneiric..  may be still off-topic, though)
[17:16] <MMlosh> The messages also weird-up the "place where new line appears"   next line starts at the horizontal position where the xset line ended
[17:35] <MMlosh> oh great.. I missed a "user action needed" thing that asks  yes/no/details..     The message got scrolled away with the xset junk
