[17:04] <karni> Reaper: it means "make this file publicly available to anyone if they have the link, which is generated when you publish the file"
[17:04] <karni> Reaper: you can use that public link on Facebook, Tweeter, in an e-mail, etc
[17:05] <karni> Reaper: by default, Ubuntu One keeps computers synced, unless you have a cloud folder on one computer, that you have not subscribed to on the other computer.
