[02:02] <stochastic> in theory it'd be useful if you had a 10,000 rpm harddrive as the access time to load in large hunks of data would be decreased but it's hard to find a laptop with a drive like that

[02:04] <benlebovitz> i'm having problems getting it working
[02:04] <benlebovitz> many things crashing
[02:12] <stochastic> hmm, which release are you using?
[02:21] <benlebovitz> i was trying to use 11.10
[02:21] <benlebovitz> was having not much luck wiht it, using 10.04 now
