[00:20] here, have another ubuntu member [00:21] congrats Resistance :) [00:21] thanks pleia2 :) [00:24] Resistance: which is your preferred email address? [00:25] pleia2: hehe, hard to figure out since i have four huh? [00:25] i'll privmsg you it [00:25] thanks :) [00:37] Resistance: congrats [00:45] jedijf: thanks :) [00:51] ugh i just realized that the cloak will annoy freenode staff... [00:51] because i insist on keeping my primary cloak :P [00:55] Resistance: i just left mine and didn't add ubuntu member so as not to bother everyone again [00:55] :P [00:56] indeed [00:56] * Resistance will probably do that [00:56] since i like having the PDPC donator cloak [00:56] (instavoice in #defocus :P) [00:56] seems odd that the old cloakers would have to reconfirm when adding a cloak, but JonathanD lives on beauracracy [00:57] :P [00:57] i did vista print for my 'business' cards though [00:58] yeah well i may need a business card soon :P [02:52] we are getting close to crunch time [02:53] Lets hope i make it through another massacre [02:56] heh [03:06] chem exam tomororw [03:07] chem book is missing. [03:07] TI84 is missing [03:10] :| [03:10] fml [03:25] 249 [03:26] 250 :P [03:47] yes [06:07] Resistance: you cloak and cnx implies a correspondence to mutantturkey? [calvino at freenode.net] [06:08] hm? [06:08] you can ignore calvino.freenode.net. I use the RR [06:09] it plops me anywhere :p [06:09] random ? but sure seems like you PLANNED that one. [06:09] not really [06:09] and for what its worth [06:10] what determines my locatino is the proximity to my ZNC server [06:10] the ZNC itself is uplinked to fast connectivity at a data center so wherever i get connected to is irrelevant [06:10] i try us based servers though, hubbard as a fail safe [06:11] I always seem to get one very far from me, i.e. NOT in usa. [06:11] :P [06:11] chat.us.freenode.net ? [06:11] not as up to date [06:11] but is a regional RR [06:12] England's not so far as usual. [06:12] :P [06:15] g'nite for a while [09:43] MOnring. [09:43] Morning. [10:12] morning JonathanD [10:16] hey rmg51 [10:17] o/ [10:30] whats up? [10:40] nothing at the moment [10:40] just trying to get ready for work an d read the morning paper [11:10] Lost my electrical tape :/ [11:29] and lit an HDD on fire. [11:29] and blah [11:37] sounds like it's time to go back to bed and hope for a better tomorrow ;-) [11:38] for me it's breakfast time [13:03] morning [13:09] Morning [13:11] o/ [13:13] I made cinnamon raisin waffles, but y'all will have to come over here if you want any. [17:29] death by turkey bowl. [17:46] death by chocolate [17:48] I didn't have chocolate [17:49] I did have a turkey bowl. [18:38] just ate an entire can full of baked beans. [18:38] realized girlfriend is coming over later. [18:38] facepalm :| [18:38] lol :) [18:39] Still, i am thinking ravioli for dinner eh? [18:39] also, chem exam? totally aced it [18:45] Even without your chem book and TI-84? [18:56] mm, baked beans [18:56] MutantTurkey: Maybe you should feed your girlfriend baked beans so nothing unusual happens. [18:56] LOL [18:56] waltman: got a TI84 off a buddy who graduated [18:57] waltman: but no chem book [18:59] :( [19:01] MutantTurkey: heh. google the chem book? [19:05] no [19:05] they put out like 3 versions this year.. [19:05] mine is specifically (bullshitbullshitbullshit) made for my class [19:09] ouch [19:47] back in my day, my TI-83+SE (Silver Edition) was the shiz. [19:47] i put that thing to work [19:50] Adom: :P [20:08] Back in my day my HP48 did more than any of those TI calculators, and I was the only one in hs that had one. [20:08] ChinnoDog: And no one else will even ask to borrow it, since it's RPN :) [20:08] Yea. They didn't know what they were missing. [20:09] One girl had an HP38. We traded files via infrared. [20:09] I've got a 25 year old HP11C here on my desk. I use it nearly everyday. I think I've changed the batteries twice. [20:10] It's an awesome calculator. [20:10] My only gripe with hp48s is that the processor wasn't very fast [20:11] It is ok now. I run an emulation of it on my phone and it runs way faster than the actual calculator. [20:11] If the emulation supported infrared I would transfer my programs to it. [20:11] oh. My phone doesn't have infrared anymore. lol. [20:11] The emulation is awesome [20:12] Mine's (barely) programmable, but it's really not worth the trouble. I just use the built-in functions. [20:13] If I still used it much I would buy one of these: http://commerce.hpcalc.org/50g.php [20:16] waltman: hp11c is surprisingly expensive! http://commerce.hpcalc.org/12cp.php [20:18] That's the 12c. The 11c hasn't been made for a very long time. [20:19] The 11c is the same form factor, but different functions. [20:21] http://www.hpmuseum.org/hp11c.htm [20:22] oh, oops. interesting [20:40] $400 for inspection. [20:44] #twobugsoneday [20:44] like boss.
