[01:53] Hi -- are there any plans to let project owners customize the font attributes (mainly I care about font size and bold) on the landing page of their project on launchpad? I have a lot of information I want to present, and it's much easier to digest for a reader if it's somewhat organized and split up by large section headings, etc. Like imagine reading a typical wikipedia article with the entire thing in the same font... not very [01:53] readable because it's not easy to find the part you are looking for. [01:54] Mostly interested in the "Description" section, not the rest [01:54] i don't think there are any plans for wiki text on project pages [01:54] though it has been suggested several times to allow wikis for projects [01:55] but i don't think it's planned to implement it [01:57] *sigh* ok, thanks. I'll have to find some other place to host a homepage then and link people back to launchpad for the code/bugs/etc. Very sub-optimal, but better than "wall of text" style homepage on Launchpad. :/ [01:59] allquixotic, dobey: Actually, a few weeks back poolie added support for markdown on project homepages. But it's not fully tested yet, so it's not switched on on production. [01:59] wgrant: oh; interesting [01:59] Once we've got some stuff sorted out, we should be rolling it out to other text fields across LP earlyish next year [02:00] allquixotic: do you really need that much text though? more than a paragraph seems a bit much. === EvilResistance is now known as Resistance === phantomcircuit is now known as ga === ga is now known as ge === ge is now known as gf === gf is now known as gg === gg is now known as gh === gh is now known as phantomcircuit === G is now known as Santa-G === Quintasan_ is now known as Quintasan === yofel_ is now known as yofel [20:37] anyone else getting lag from LP? === EyesIsAsleep is now known as EyeaIsChristmas === EyeaIsChristmas is now known as EyesIsChristmas === Resistance is now known as EvilResistance === EvilResistance is now known as Resistance [22:31] I'm getting a signature verification error when dput'ing a source.changes file to PPAs... gpg --verify locally says the file is fine. Any ideas where to look for a solution? The exact error message from dput is: 550 Changes file must be signed with a valid GPG signature: Verification failed 3 times: ["(7, 1, u'General error')", "(7, 1, u'General error')", "(7, 1, u'General error')"] : Permission denied. [22:32] jmarsden: wait a few minutes and see if they were actually uploaded to the PPA. i think you can just ignore the error [22:32] Oh... OK... that's weird, but will do :) [22:35] yeah; it happens sometimes, though i'm not sure why. and this week is probably not the best time to get answers about it :) [22:35] jmarsden: That's bug 798957 most likely [22:35] Launchpad bug 798957 in Launchpad itself "PPA Uploads are seemingly (but not actually) rejected" [Critical,In progress] https://launchpad.net/bugs/798957 [22:35] yeah, that'd be it [22:35] OK, thanks. [22:53] Nollaig Shona Dhuit / Merry Christmas [23:42] Merry Christmas czajkowski :) [23:44] Hope people had a good time.
