[15:34] <chrisccoulson> basically, the startpage is considered part of the bundle that mozilla have approved us to distribute, and derivatives are free to distribute that too
[15:35] <chrisccoulson> but modifications to that require approval from mozilla, and that's not the sort of thing that canonical would do on behalf of a derivative
[15:36] <chrisccoulson> so, basically, you need to talk to somebody from mozilla if you want to change the default start page in xubuntu
