AlanBellis sound in general working? (not muted etc.)11:37
AlanBelland does "spd-say hello" work11:38
apinelI going to try :)11:38
apinelsound is ok, because when I start orca preferences it talks11:38

AlanBellok, maybe you don't have desktop accessibility turned on11:39
AlanBellif you go to the system settings tool, universal access preferences, and turn on the screen reader from there it should turn on accessibility, you then have to log out and back in again I think11:40
