=== samkottler1 is now known as samkottler [12:19] Alow [17:15] niemeyer: hi :D [17:15] andrewsmedina: yo [17:16] niemeyer: everything ok? [17:16] andrewsmedina: Yep, things running well [17:16] andrewsmedina: On the quiet side given the holidays [17:16] andrewsmedina: at least on the Go side of things.. py folks pushing hard [17:18] niemeyer: you have any issue for me? [17:19] andrewsmedina: The one I suggested last time still looks like a good one to handle, unless you'd like something else for whatever reason [17:33] niemeyer: that issue is done in python version? [17:50] andrewsmedina: Yeah, I believe so [17:50] andrewsmedina: hazmat can confirm, thouh [17:51] greetings [17:51] andrewsmedina, re env? no [17:52] niemeyer: I'm need talk with you about juju works on centos. I'm needing a lot of that :( [17:52] andrewsmedina, it should be fairly straight forward from a software perspective.. the charms though are not portable [17:53] so a separate distro needs effectively its own set of charms [17:53] and we would need cloud-init to get the machine initialization in place [18:37] hazmat: juju commands are restrict to apt [18:40] andrewsmedina, what apt specific usages there are pretty minimal [18:43] the biggest work would be making cloud-init run on centos.. amazon has done that already to some extent with their linux ami.. actually it looks like fedora support is already there. [18:44] https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-init/+bug/883286 [19:49] hazmat: nice [20:19] Stepping out for the day, or perhaps back later.. cheers all [20:44] niemeyer, cheers [23:38] *argh* [23:38] constraints totally rewrote the same stuff ssl verification touches [23:38] :-P [23:38] * SpamapS puts on his merge pants [23:50] wow sheesh, this is like.. a huge refactor [23:50] tests changed.. whole structure changed
