[05:01] <AlanBell> that sequence moves to the desktop selector button, selects the second option which is unity2d by default
[05:01] <AlanBell> and goes back to the password box
[05:02] <AlanBell> might be a bit different if you have gnome-shell or classic gnome-panel desktop installed
