[10:34] <debfx> 2) it didn't pick the kubuntu session (which is the only one), instead it used one that didn't exist so logging in always failed until I manually selected the kubuntu session

I'm with a user in #kubuntu, he's trying to install the pouetchess package from our Universe pool, and it's not working. He's getting an error of "no installation candidate" and for me, it's saying it's unable to locate the package - but I know it's there :)
