[15:19] <dekarl> if you expirience very high mysql cpu usage on an idle backend since shortly it might be the leap second that happend on June 30th. See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1282232/mysql-high-cpu-usage (add sudo and use of service instead of init.d) It worked for me :)
