[16:34] <deffrag> I'm using rcn-ee Ubuntu 11.10 image on BeagleBoard XM. I was recently trying to upgrade to distribution to 12.04 but noticed that after completing <sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade>  the command <sudo do-release-upgrade -d> didn't work. It gives error as no such command
