[02:25] ailo, re: thunar vs: nautilus. I seem to have had at least some crashes with using thunar only. Not always thunar itself though. tumblerd seems to have various problems. when plugging in a USB stick.. tumblerd seems not to like releasing the directory so the stick can be unmounted [02:25] ailo, Also I had a tumblerd crash just now while downloading a file direct to thunar. [02:26] drag and drop from the webpage (firefox) to thunar [02:38] it did not stop the download... so I am not sure how it was functioning when it died. [02:39] This is all 12.04, I will test it in 12.10 in the next few days [05:47] len-dt: How about mounting devices with nautilus. Is that working as it should? [05:48] Or, is there any functionality with Nautilus that isn't working [10:07] OK so what happened to the docs talk yesterday after I left ailo? [10:08] What's ISO doc? [10:08] You guys mean writing an doc about the Ubuntu Studio ISO? [10:10] I don't think that is necessary... [10:27] smartboyhw: I'm not sure yet, but it wasn't related to your publishing docs anyway [10:28] Yes ailo I will give it to you tmr finally got some time to work on it:) [10:31] BTW so ailo would you make that ubuntustudio-all package?:) [10:31] smartboyhw: You don't need to hand over a perfect version, you know. It's even best if you don't work it out too much in advance, in case people have opinions [10:32] Well I don't have time in the past week.... [10:32] smartboyhw: We were only discussing a *-all package so far [10:32] Uh huh [11:36] Hi scott-work [11:43] morninging smartboyhw [11:43] errr, that is "morning" [11:44] lol scott-work [14:43] Where's len-dt today?:) [14:44] working I guess... [14:46] :) [14:51] scott-work: PINg [14:51] smartboyhw: pong [14:52] I wonder: I normally saw studio-user* coming in to #ubuntustudio, but then they leave almost immediately. Why scott-work? [14:52] smartboyhw: i don't know, it is not a very active channel [14:53] question: is it not a very active channel because no one is there/talks or is no one there/talks because it is not a very active channel [14:53] Well holstein and ailo and me do help people asking questions there but yes it is not active:P [21:09] No new ISO today. :P [21:23] Something about python-twisted packages, but none of those are in our seeds. Can I take it the problem is with the vanilla parts we use? [21:39] len-dt: Ardour depends on it [21:39] apt-cache rdepends python-twisted [21:40] no new images for xubuntu either today, so it's probably a known problem [21:59] xubuntu-live is new [21:59] oh right, 12 [21:59] meh
