Oloryn_lt2Just got a Mythbuntu machine set up this week, running an Athlon 64 3200+ and a Hauppage HVR-1600, pulling ATSC signals off of broadcast.  I note that while I have no problem watching HD channels live, playing back recorded HD programs is rather jumpy.  Is this to be expected with this level of processor, or (as I suspect) would this indicate I need to work on hard drive speed?18:54
