AaronCampbell | I have an AMD ATI Radeon 6870 video card with 4 1680x1080 monitors attached. It was working well with the proprietary drivers in 12.04. I didn't upgrade to 12.10, I did a complete reinstall, and now it uses the open source driver but everything is REALLY laggy (dragging windows, switching desktops, etc, etc). | 16:39 |
AaronCampbell | If anyone has any ideas what I could try, or suggestions on what additional info would help, let me know. | 16:39 |
AaronCampbell | So far I know that if I set it to mirror the displays it works fine (no lag), but having it act like 1 big desktop breaks it | 16:40 |
AaronCampbell | (well, it works, but the lag is really hard to deal with) | 16:40 |
